Straight out of the package the straw was cracked and with each balloon broke and bent . They are supposed to be purple well 2 of the letters were but the rest were pink.I ordered purple, the package said it was purple but these are the pinkest balloons I have ever seen. My sons favorite color is purple so I ordered these for his birthday party but when I opened the package these were PINK balloons. Not happy.I ordered/wanted purple foil balloons and received (in packaging stating it was violet foil) pink plastic balloons that would not hold air. They ripped so easily you could hardly stick the straw in them (that they provided) to be able to blow them up.There’s was a delay but no worries it arrived on time but... half of the letters/balloons were ripped/torn/cut so I couldn’t inflate or use. A waste of moneyVery nice color and qualityCame pink instead of dark purple and 3 if the letters wouldnt even inflate all the way very disappointed
